STEP BY STEP
The Process
Step 1
Rinse Filter
Rinse the Chemex filter thoroughly and preheat the brewer to remove paper taste.
Step 2
Add Coffee
Add ground coffee and gently shake to level the coffee bed.
Step 3
Bloom the Coffee
Pour 60ml of water and allow the coffee to bloom for 45 seconds.
Step 4
Pour
Continue slow, controlled pours until reaching final brew weight.
Step 5
Drawdown & Serve
Allow complete drawdown, then serve for a clean, balanced cup.
