2. Products & Descriptions
We make every effort to accurately describe our products, including flavor notes, aromas, and characteristics. However:

All tasting notes (e.g., vanilla, oak, caramel, or warm spice) are descriptive only and subjective.

Our products are coffee, not alcoholic beverages.
3. Alcohol-Free & Barrel-Aging Disclaimer (Important)
Some of our coffees are aged in cleaned oak barrels previously used for whiskey. The following applies:

No alcohol is added, transferred, or retained at any stage of production.

Coffee beans do not come into contact with liquid alcohol.

The final product contains 0.0% alcohol.
Any references to “whiskey,” “barrel-aged,” or similar terms refer solely to aroma and flavor influence, not alcohol content.
4. Halal Positioning Disclaimer
Oak & Barrel Coffee products contain no alcohol and are produced using coffee beans, water, and standard food-safe processes. However:

Our products are not Halal certified at this time.

While no alcohol is present, customers are advised to make their own informed decisions based on personal, religious, or dietary considerations.
Oak & Barrel Coffee Co. makes no formal Halal certification claims unless explicitly stated.
5. Food Safety & Consumption
Our products are intended for adult consumption as caffeinated beverages.

We are not responsible for adverse reactions due to caffeine intake, allergies, or improper preparation or storage.

6. Orders, Payments & Pricing

All prices are listed in AED unless stated otherwise.

Payment must be completed at the time of purchase.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders due to pricing errors, suspected fraud, or operational limitations.
7. No Returns & No Refunds Policy
Due to the nature of consumable food products:

No returns, exchanges, or refunds are offered once an order is confirmed.
If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, customers must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. Any resolution will be at our sole discretion.
8. Shipping & Delivery

We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers or events beyond our control.

Risk of loss passes to the customer upon successful delivery.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and the applicable federal laws of the UAE. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
