STEP BY STEP
The Process
Step 1
Prepare Ice
Place measured ice directly into the server to instantly chill brewed coffee.
Step 2
Rinse & Add Coffee
Rinse the filter, add coffee grounds, and level the bed evenly.
Step 3
Bloom the Coffee
Bloom the coffee with 40ml of hot water for 30 seconds.
Step 4
Brew
Slowly pour remaining water, allowing hot coffee to melt ice gradually
Step 5
Serve
Swirl gently and serve immediately for crisp, refreshing flavor.
