  • Burr coffee grinder

  • Gooseneck kettle

  • Digital scale

  • Timer

92–96°C

STEP BY STEP

The Process

Step 1

Rinse Filter

Rinse the paper filter thoroughly and preheat the dripper and server.

Step 2

Add Coffee

Add ground coffee and gently level the bed for uniform extraction.

Step 3

Bloom the Coffee

our 40ml of water and allow the coffee to bloom for 30 seconds.

Step 4

Main Pour

Continue pouring slowly in concentric circles until reaching total brew weight.

Step 5

Drawdown & Serve

Allow full drawdown, then serve immediately for best aroma and clarity.
